No, music triggers emotion and that's why it's so popular....people can control themselves but babies can't for obvious reasons.

What is surprising is it's not the baby distressed type of crying, looks moved. Too cute.

A mother knows what kind of crying a baby does. It's easy to tell when a baby cries when they are distressed. And this was not a crying wail which babies do when they want something to stop, it was just tears and a mesmerizing look on his face. I know babies and they are constantly looking around and do not focus one thing for too long.
