Run the crib like a bootcamp

4 kids devided by 4 completely different tasks equels to, 1 task 1 child (which would translate to a peace of mind for you).

Once all them return from school, you individually assign them seperate tasks to busy themselves with.

1st kid = tell to do their homework away from the others.
2nd kid = for the time being have them watch their favorite cartoon show.
3rd and 4th kids = play some games in their room.

after sometime has passed, you have them switch roles and reassign them to different roles.

3rd and 4th would do what 1st and 2nd were doing and vise versa.

SO EASY DUDES CAN DO IT TOO.

Zingi, cadaalad ma aha sidaasi.

They are hyperactive because they are doing nothing at home. I say you make a plan, take them out or do fun and tiring activity with them. As soon as they get home, they will all head for their beds and you can relax.

Okay for tomorrow you need to come up with a little game that will knock them out ama if they like board games, you could play monopoly or something similar with them. That should shut them up without using usha.

Best of luck saxib.

Tire them out, take them out and let them run around as much as they possibly can, but make sure they're warm and don't get them sick. Feed them an hour before you take them out, get them to do their assignments (with the promise of going out when they finish) . When they get back they have a little snack and can chill out playing board games or whatever.

Do not give them anything sweet once the sun has set, they will never sleep  Give them a shower before bedtime, it will relax them and you can have a stress free evening yourself.
