Sahal.....Read back my earlier analyses......this regime is in terminal decline a little over 12 months of taking office.
Dual/multi track approach is back in business due to the southern political paralysis and infighting.

Original Dervish,
Do you support the dual track policy?

Its the other way. The IC being away from the current conflict within the govt shows that they see this govt as a permanent govt and that the issue will be tackled locally.original dervish wrote:Sahal.....Read back my earlier analyses......this regime is in terminal decline a little over 12 months of taking office.

Garaad
initially I was supportive of the single track policy.
Mainly because the country was pulling in too many different directions.
However, the southerners have taken this to mean they don`t need to reconcile with the other regions/peoples, and can dictate from the center.
It is for this reason I would like to see the return of a multi track approach, with an emphasis on reconciliation, negotiation and concessions.
