The somali speaker has attended the arab and african summit in kuwait on behalf of the somali president

On this regard, news are saying that the mps who are backing the president are operating in three places/houses where they are receiving other mps may be for...

Amisom says their military operations are deeply disturbed by the friction between the somalias leaders

Hiiraan governor suspends the election process until the parliament votes on this and sends back the interior officials to mogadishu.

Emarite has donated for the somali govt official cars and military equipments

Kuwait has paid $10m for puntland to reconstruct garowe airport.

Sahal.....Read back my earlier analyses......this regime is in terminal decline a little over 12 months of taking office.
Dual/multi track approach is back in business due to the southern political paralysis and infighting. :D :som: :up:

Its the other way. The IC being away from the current conflict within the govt shows that they see this govt as a permanent govt and that the issue will be tackled locally.

initially I was supportive of the single track policy.
Mainly because the country was pulling in too many different directions.
However, the southerners have taken this to mean they don`t need to reconcile with the other regions/peoples, and can dictate from the center.
It is for this reason I would like to see the return of a multi track approach, with an emphasis on reconciliation, negotiation and concessions.
