He needs to go man. There is a stalemate in everything because the PM's role is totally missing.

I do not believe PM Shirdoon is the cause of the current stalemate in Kismaayo, because this stalemate is of a military nature and is entirely due to KDF presence in the city.

The problem is by Culusow being the voice of the Government instead of Saacid a Jubbalander taking personal charge of this matter, it allowed people to create a Hawiye Vs Darood
