Look at the title 24/7. Also watch the video, it mentions the poor electricity the city had before. No town in Somalia provides 24/7 electricity services. All are owned by companies. But Caabudwaaq is a different case. The businessman united to establish 1 electricity company that will work for the whole city. 1, Yes, many towns in Somaliland provide electricity 24/7
2, Obviously they will be owned by companies. Its the same in the uk and everywhere else
3, So a bunch of businessmen got together and set a electricity company? How is that different from the other cities besides it having just the single one?
