I have heard that alot of people are doing this. Mainly because of lack of farming infastructure/ the decline in the strength and capacity of the shabelle ( ethiopian damm). How practical is this and how much rent can you expect if you build several houses. Anyone done it ? Ceelesha biyaha comes to mind ... Just more green.
