these reer badiya tribes should be put in reservation camps and given free food stamps like Native American aka Ali beysteens and told to focus on productive activities such as feeding their families, farming and herding camels and stop being involved in politics and national security. they don't know anything about administration, they don't know anything about nationalism, they have loyalty to their tribe first and then the country.

only a person who comes through a legitimate party and who is educated in political science or social sciences should be elected to public service, to serve the people and country not the other way around.

They should make it a minimum that all MPs, ministers or even public workers should hold a degree and higher for more senior jobs.

You could say that, but there are Isaaq ministers in Somali government and Isaaqs in Alshabaab leaders and they part of the mayhem whether its in North Somalia with Puntland/Khatuma disputes or Southern Somalia's government and Alshabaab.

I would put urbanites in a zoo and only let secular, liberal, democratic Somalis live freely. I experienced reer miyi Somalis to be a bit more liberal to be honest even though they can be violent. The urban Somalis are more backward. The reer miyi Somalis would not tolerate the Arabization of their nation, are much more secular and would not call for the execution of criminals. They prefer camels than revenge. You can mold the reer miyi into having Western minds. They aren't militant like and don't resist to new ideas like the idiot urbanites. Reer miyi are not that bad. They believe in reconciliation more. They all more or less believe in peace, fairness and equality. They will drop clan politics if you are fair with them. So let's not bash reer miyi. They are my favorite Somalis. They will not go crazy if you tell them something alien to them. They will listen. I'd want reer miyi to be the government but they need to be the sound ones. Reer miyi just need to be told to drop their fighting over land. I'm sure within 5 years theyll stop with light to moderate brainwashing of importance of nationalism.
