Godane running out of options

Post by Bermooda »

They guy literally knows it's no longer if but when he will be killed. Many within his own group were already scheming on him after he went on that killing spree.

Recently he survived 2 assassination where his most trusted friends didn't some say the second left him wounded while others deserted him and gone back to Hargeisa like that guy who got caught recently or joined the Robow movement or gave themselves up to Mogadishu.

Also no longer does he trust Hawiye (secretly Dheere is plotting against him) let alone Darood (Shongale) and forget the Rahanweyn (Robow) and is sticking to his Dir people in Lower Shabelle and Jubba but even there is not going all well.

The second time he was targeted it killed a very influential Dir named Isku Dhuuq and that has exacerbated his paranoia to the point some say he's going crazy .
Meanwhile Mogadishu and the Robow movement be like :stylin:

SecretAgent that's what i was talking about Hargeisa should be really worried about this development cos he is the main reason and the reason only why they're not targeting them. Many on here would deny it but the proof is in the budding when Robow was in charge we saw what happened.

Warsheekh that will never happen by them given a voice to the mostly voiceless a weapon to the mostly unarmed it has opened a Pandora box. Many within the group wants to negotiate with the government tho but can't as long as the non negotiable are in charge and this government lacks the experience. My 2 cents

godane eliminated most of the threats to him, and now fear is keeping the men loyal.
no one can escape, even if they want to turn themselves in they have no where to hide because xamar and allot of the south is full of
deep cover alshabab loyalists. if they escape and go home, they will be found and eliminated.

if you want to defeat alshabab, you need to provide gaurentted saftey for deserters and you will see more than half of its soldiers surrender immedietly, or turn the guns on themselves to provide an escape.
i have a family member who was in alshabab, he had to kill a couple of his colleuges who were fanatics so that he could leave.
he made it to xamar and just when he was about to leave town he was assassinated .

Xamar is home to Al Shabaab.....they receive most of their supplies through the cities business networks.
If you want to defeat the Shabaab....start with the financiers/facilitators.
ps These same criminal networks bought the presidency for Hassan Sheikh.....so don't hold your breath.
