All the somali websites would publish the same altered story released by one editor without mentioning the original article.

What the article was talking about is the EU funds that are used for the stabilization of somalia bc they have their own security concerns so was supposing incase they cut off this from amisom as a whole...

Kenya is part of amisom and will receive the funds as long they receive except if she breaks the amisom mandate, then, the EU can cut off from her alone.
