There are unregistered doctors who work at various hospitals: Manhal, Hargeisa Neurology etc. There is no sweeping regulations or department that policies every doctor. So the underlying reason is that MAcaw and his Issaq sponsor were going to eat into someone's else's business. Sadly for Macaw, his Issaq sponsor was not a powerful one and perhaps anti the ruling family.

Yet I am glad my good friend Jamal Hussein stood up against the cartel economic mafia businessmen who have set up commercial isbaaros in SL.

I do not know much about this story. What i do know is that lejustifier has provided very little evidence for the gentleman's wrongdoings- other than hearsay and pure conjecture. Dr.Macow was given the green light to come operate in SL by the minister of health Xaglotoosiye. The vice minister Nimco Qawdhan and the doctors association(which she previously was a member) were behind Dr.Macows arrest. Xaglotoosiye waa laa ceebayay, wasir ku xigeen baa amarkiisa diiday. Any way you slice it Dr.Macow was given permission to practice in Somaliland by the Minister of Health, he even spent a lot of cash to have his equipment flown in. He is a victim, because of the jealous doctors in SL and government insubordination.

Yes that what my sources tell me. The last minister of Health Xussein Xoog was also humiliated and fired because of Nimo Qawdhan the vice minister, she wields power because of her connections with SL's doctors association. Sillanyo should just make her the minister lol.

I feel sorry for the sick people that travelled from Mogadishu, Bosasso, Jigjigga, Djibouti etc to be treated by Dr.Macow. Over 3000 people came to Hargeisa for his services.
