jamaac siyaad and bahrarsame are without a doubt unanimously supporting somaliland.
the so-called "withdrawal" is part of the whole scheme.
khatumo is starting to collapse. a conference is taking place in boocame between serval high profile dhulo leaders and they will conclude that khatumo has failed and dhulos are integral part of puntland as always.
so, in order for khaatumo to join somaliland, the mogadishu government has to mediate between them.
