Twice Gold Medalist, three times Silver Medalist and recent Bronze Medalist in the Wheel-Chair Table Tennis games for Netherlands.
6 times Dutch Champion
5 times Top 12 winners in the Netherlands

Magan Tahir remains positive and enthusiastic, and does not forget his native country: “My biggest dream is to go back to Somalia to help disabled people; to teach them everything I learned here”, (Magan Dahir)

Magan is of Somali Origin but represents the Netherlands.

First somali archaeologist, she found hundreds of historical sights in somaliland including Dhambalin site (over 5000 years old cave paintings)

she is a professor at SOAS (university ) at the DEPARTMENT OF THE HISTORY OF ART AND ARCHAEOLOGY. http://www.soas.ac.uk/staff/staff59125.php

this is her website http://www.somaliheritage.org/

She is a researcher at University college London, University of east Angelia,School of World Art Studies and Museology.
