It's inevitable. It doesn't take more than 250 people to even organize such an election and have all the ballots counted by morning. Civil registration should be relatively easy

As long as the future president is a Puntlander meaning born and bread in PL and has Puntland interest at heart his qabiil doesn't matter. a lot of qabiils reside in PL and we are proud of that.
