Are Americans the most patriotic of them all?

They seem like it, however most Americans I've met outside of the U.S seem to hate it with passion..

Why would anybody hate the U.S is beyond me. I was gone for three months and I missed it dearly

2. In general the houses are bigger and cheaper than London at least

1. No national health service

2. University education is extortionate

4. Unhealthy lifestyle - cars everywhere

5. Poor public transport

Classic over-compensating. If you were truly proud, you wouldn't need to brag. But I guess it's not your fault, it's not like you can brag about Somalia can you?

America can be a pleasant place to live if you're educated and have a stable job. Low cost of living, very low taxes, essentially your dollar goes further over there. As far as education, their public education system is a mess, but their private schools are top notch. The cost of university down there is overhyped by Canadians and Europeans - many state universities are cheaper than the schools here and in the UK (£9000/year is no joke), provided you're in an instate resident. The only thing that detracts me from living there is their shitshow of a health care system. The whole idea of being treated based on the coverage of your insurance, and having hospitals run by private companies doesn't sit well with me. Not to mention it's common practice for docs to be constantly taken to court for malpractice.

The Somalis there seem to be doing well, though a significant chunk of them are indistinguishable from ratchet African Americans. I do believe in the next ten years they'll surpass reer Canada as the most successful Somalis in the West

All your negatives are almost all not true.

We do have a great health Service, and most people are covered, but there are some issues that are being worked on.

University especially for Somalis is pretty much free, otherwise there are plenty of scholarship opportunities.

We have a country the size of Europe, with equivalent population, so that worry is almost non existent

Cards everywhere yes, but we have great nature unmatched in all of Europe

The only difference about our public transport is that we aren't all cramped into a small area, if you think that is a positive thing more power to you.

I'll give you Fox News though it is owned by the same company that owns a lot of your news.

So what happens if your car breaks down and you have to go to uni or work that morning? Must feel like a trek to the nearest bus stop.

I like the friendliness of Americans and America's nature is as beautiful as Europe's only more diverse {deserts, tropical areas} etc. If I was pressed to choose a city, it'd be Boston because of the New England architecture or Santa Barbara because of its Spanish Colonial architecture.
