Thats the plan of madoobe and Jubbaland in those 2 year of brief peace between Mogadishu and Kismayo to build a strong large Militia and at the same time breach some of the deals signed in addis ababa such as integrating armies very smart i have to say on Madoobe , Time is always the most essential political triumph on can have. This gives him to build the state from scratch build an army police and governance the Kenyans to assist and no involvement from Mogadishu. If he manages to make peace with Barre hiiraale at goobweyn and the prime minister abdiweli works a deal behind the scenes gedo and lower jubba could form a real state and the 2 can work together to defeat shabaab in middle jubba, but u need cooler heads to do the work. And ofcourse leaning towards Nairobi when needed this could really work if they work it all out..

i think there is plan. international community wants strong jubbaland. one important thing for those boys are discipline. No illegal checkpoints and no stealing,

Yes finally Ahmed Madobe has seen the light. He now understands that he must move and liberate the rest of Lower and middle Juba for Jubaland to have a chance.
He sees that Mogadishu is opposed to his rule so he seeks to strengthen his hand by bringing all of Jubaland under his control.
May he vanquish the al kabab from the blessed Jubaland and start an era of peace and properity

Excellent news.......J/Land must liberate the region and consolidate their power.
Al Shabaab need not be directly confronted......let them move north to the Shabelles.
That will give the hagites something to think about.

Sheikh Black knows has to secure Jubba as one entity before the interim period ends to be in a position of power during the next cycle after 2015-16 when Federalism is probably the accepted system of Governance.
