How can a woman work in a jilbaab, the arms are restricted

in the guntino a woman can chase after geel, farm whatever, much more suited for the environment and has pretty colours

jilbaab is depressing.

Im thinking of starting a school back home but making the uniforms traditional somali clothes, but with a twist, the womens Guntino uniform includes pant legs so they can run properly, revolutionary, I think so.

Only good thing about jilbaab is if you are in a desert, it blocks away sand.

that's it.

we need a cultural revolution.

Kimbo that's someone's mum. She hasn't asked for her picture to be put up publicly, and as a mum alone for whom paradise lies under her feet, she is a far worthier person than you, Take her picture off.
The "bin-bag monstrosity" is called dallad. Both that & jilbaab are inspirational to me wallahi. Somali women are famous for this maa shaa Allah. No matter rain or shine they are walking adverts for Islam whenever they leave their homes. May Allah shower them with blessings & mercy. Aamiin.

Oh no, they're at it again. lol What happened to letting women wear whatever the fk they want? If a woman wants to wear guntiino fine, dalaad, fine, niqab, fine. It is her choice, not you hypocrital men.

What about you? Why don't you go back to your traditional miiy clothes? What happened to wearing all that clothing, "like our ancestors wore, why have we stopped wearing them?"

If a woman walks around half naked nobody say anything, but a covered one is not allowed to dress herself as she pleases.Aduunka muslinka daciifka ba ka xun gaalada.
