One of the critiques of the IMF/World Bank is a lack of representation, interestingly "Among the terms are that the bank will be in Shanghai, its first president will be from India, and the first chair of the board of directors will be from Brazil... the president of the New Development Bank will rotate every five years among Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa."

"The new bank is expected to make loans for development and infrastructure projects. It also will function as an incubator for development expertise from other emerging economies." Translation: develop how we see fit.

So we have to choose between the evil and parasitic west or the evil and parasitic BRICS. I feel sorry for small and poor countries that have to choose between these two demons. Interestingly, I don't feel sorry for Somalia because given everything we have at our disposal we should've been in the second group.

I'm not really a capitalist, I'm more of a socialist or populist. I don't agree with the World Bank or this new bank.
