There are large deposits of oil in somaliland, puntland, jubbaland, gobollada dhexe etc..I was working with the oil company last year in somaliland (Genel, who contracted the seismic work to Tesla) and there was oil seeping out of oodweyne. It was the same seismic company doing work in puntland. I asked them why they left puntland and they told me after the first well was unsuccessful we wanted to start on other sites but were forced out due to political reasons. Apparently in taleex alone there is more oil then all the wells in Yemen (according to a video I watched on youtube). There's enough oil to go around.
