If this cycle continues Southern Somalia might be a No-Man's land in the future. Ilaahay ha usahlo.

Is there a way to implement population control in Somalia? Wallahi I'm not trying to be horrible but you can't be having ten babies and more whilst in an internally displaced camp barely able to survive yourself. Its a madness. I wish there was a way to tackle that (its a controversial issue)
