You came out of the ''qabiilist closet'' with that ''Kenya'' threadPerfect_Order wrote:Is there a large somali population in Cardiff? In larger cities, people often congregate in areas by qabil, so certain areas are known for certain qabils. Qabyaalad is there usually benign. It is usually never taught directly but through osmosis from the environment.Thuganomics wrote:To where it seeped into everyday life

That's bullshit,no Somali parents teaches such crap to their kids. What you wrote there is anecdotal (sheeko madhan) proly gained from your experience on S/Net
My parents and the parents of all my friends would often go to the other extreme. They used to tell us "All Somalis are your cousins and all adults were to be called either Eddo or Adeer"
Xildiid what makes you say waan qarsada, I thought it was open?
Lilly, it was just kaftan, he's actually a good friend, someone who would have my back and vice versa. Besides I say it to his face, his older brother ayaa kaftan badan.
Usually from your posts one can see your viewpoint and it's quite obvious but you don't really state what you feel.

Re: Passing on the Qabil gene
Xildiin if that did it then you are a bit late
AOC, what qabil are you that you wouldn't pass on to your kids?

But back to the topic, I doubt my kids would care very much for qabil since it would be useless in their lives. But I'm sure when they go back home to visit they might see it but I would stop them from developing any bias or prejudice from it.

I learned qabil when i was like 8, my mom was telling me your father and his people are killers LOL somalis will never drop qabil we all need to know this, but we can suppress it. MSB did a good job at it, our leaders should follow. But this only goes for somalia, if you dont even live there then do what u want just dont get killed for dissing lol.
