Barre Hiiraale close meeting with Baldy & Culusoow
His audio: http://www.kismaayo24.com/dhagayso-coll ... eshiisiin/
From inside sources, it seems like the goal is to bring Kismaayo port and airport away from Kenyan power and into the hands of the Somali government. Once Kismaayo airport and seaport come under the government it will open the door for the government to get their hands on other coastal town ports and sea ports enabling the government to have economic sovereignty under their control.
Under federal system, the federal government should have control over such things and not federal member states. Somalis and their self-delusion of creating their own mini countries need to come to an end. They need to learn what the federal system actually means.

Why would you want the Hassan sheikh regime to have access to more Somali funds....when they're unable to manage the funds already under their control?
PS I agree in principal.....but not at this time. J/Land needs to use the local funds to consolidate it's grip on the region, and increase it's capacity.

1. To make sure Kenyan loses it's power on Somali assets ( Kismaayo seaport/airport)original dervish wrote:Why would you want the Hassan sheikh regime to have access to more Somali funds....when they're unable to manage the funds already under their control?

2. To make sure the Somali federal government has it's hegemony on all Somali territories
3. To increase the wealth of the Somali federal government in order to rebuilt the national institute and their functionality
...and the sooner the better.
Your tribal sentiment is boring me, with your Hassan Sheekh regim bullshit. You dhabacyo faggot's will never accept a Somali state, hence why you against this proposal.

Od makes a good point, if a gov is ineffective and corrupt, throwing more money won't improve it.

It is not about the money only, it's about the governments authority of the nation. OD is not making any sense, he is nothing but a tribalist bafoon that has a grudge on Culusoow and Hawiye in general, we already seen how dhabacyo and Harti in general resent Hawiye but also have ill feelings towards anything below Gaalkacyoo. Don't be fooled by them.Perfect_Order wrote:Od makes a good point, if a gov is ineffective and corrupt, throwing more money won't improve it.
Also yes I'am not denying there is some corruption but it is not how dumb Somalis put it. They assume all the $$ donated by foreign countries end up in the government pocket went the Somali government hardly even gets a penny, most of these donations end up in UN offices in Nairobi and other bureaucratic places. If anything the Somali government desperately need money to strengthen their authority.
Open your eyes and stop being fooled by the dhabacyo bastards.

Original Dervish is dumb to take non MR threads seriously.
Barre's goal was and always is, Sade, personal political ambition. It has nothing to do with getting money at Culusow.
PM Cabdiwali Sh Ahmed is a genious
