Khaatumo and South West (SW6) fail federalism requirement

The Khaatumo state and the South West (SW6) don't confuse it with SW3. Have both failed to create the right federal state accordance to the constitution.

Both these states are clan based and are creating these states solely to present their clans, the Khaatumo hooligans beating the drums of Dhulbahante-nimo and the SW6 hooligans beating the drums of Digil iyo Mirifle-nimo.

Khaatumo supporters must re-create their state by including all the clans of the regions they are trying to claim. Where is the Warsangeli? Where is the Fishiqini? Where is the Gabooye? Where is the Tumaals? Where is the Isaaq's?

The SW6 are abit a head of the Khaatumo hooligans at least they have sought the support of other clans of the regions they are claiming such as making their vice leader a non-Raxanweyn. But they are still beating the drums of qabil.

Khaatumo does not even exist no where in sool region, they are so called unionist organizatoin in exile, claiming sool sanaag and buhotle but as ximaarjaale said none of their members is isaaq warsangeli or fiqishini although those (isaq-warsangeli) clans own the largest percentage of sool sanaag and buhotle.

Khaatumo is a Buhoodle/Eastern Sool project, nothing to do with the territory of other clans atleast on the ground and not their paint maps.
The only way they can stand a chance of having a federal state is if they merge with the Warsangeli of Eastern Sanaag in the disputed
territories.

No matter what ever they do, they are not allowed to stay one single village withing somaliland territory. dhulbahante can not be indepedent from somaliland until they are removed from somaliland constitution, and that canot be acheived so easily without referendum.

Pl spend $0 policing ssc yet claim it with legitimacy with no animosity from the laba laf of harti. Opposite is true with somaliland (isaaq) that spend maybe 50% of budget on the army policing the people whose children will revolt against you. soo so sad and dumb.
