How much longer can property prices continue to go up??
Today I had a relative tell me that a single 100m by 100m in the middle of nowhere near Galkacyo is going for $70,000. It is literally a bacad, 3 miles from the city, with no running water or electricity.
I looked all over Somalia and the same thing is going on in every major city. Prices have been been exponentially going up since the early 2000's.
Property bubble in Somalia??
