There's a motion against the pm and the parliament has called him

Pm wants to remove xalane because of his role in kismayo also as his possible successor

He also want remove other ministers that are close to the president

Cabdi wali is now in turkey where hassan sheekh is now found on his way to new york, reports are saying they haven't met!

This is what I wrote in 9 september
the plans to run for the presidential elections hoping to use his saudi/ UAE relations as their candidate in somalia, so, he's trying to make jubbaland his constituency

Once he fails, like the case of abdiwali gaas, he will land in kismayo!

This is the reason why he's now cooperating with kenya in many issues like her somali refugees to get her endorsement!

Some informations say that madobe is worry of his kenyan relations so he welcomed farah abdulqadir to kismayo(with halane and godah) and accepted their deal in wich the pm failed earlier to reach it in order to give back the initiative to the presidents wing


Now what's new since then?

This theory was there before and i even have some very old threads about the pm planning to use his position(supposedly to be a cover for dj in the gulf countries) and make relations with the UAE through an ambassador that he would appoint him but this attemp has failed

To get a local backing he should leave behind some legecy like making reconciliation in jubbaland as his political constituency but some informations was leaked by his opponents that he has his plans for the local elections of that region

The pm trying to fire the director of NISA has has accelerated the situation

Btw he was responsible of the presidents security during his visit to kismayo wich shows that he still in charge he even released yesterday ahmed daaci

Besides this issue, the pm attending the security summit in london was seen as an attempt to move the armys file to his office!


Ministers(halane, farah abdulqadir and godah) visit to kismayo was paving the way for the presidents political visit


Some Informations are saying while the pm was away, president has infiltrated in his constituency led by ahmed madobe

This new cooperation may reach to the house of the cabinet!

A new political infghting is not good for the govt but some insiders believe that if the next candidate has more regional and international weight than the current pm it will pass without big fuss

If Abdiweli loses his position as PM, I hope he becomes President of Jubaland, Just like Gaas became President of Puntland.
He is seen as impartial by everyone, and has the necessary qualifications to lead J/L into era of economic boom.
J/L needs someone who can win the peace now that inter-clan struggles are over

Abdi wali has played one tribalism card since day, apparently he want to use his roles that were behind his appointment in his own interests

Example jubbaland, he was brought to implement the addis agreement but he totally sided with the administration and was trying to use her as his own political constituency!

The some thing goes the relashionship with the gulf countries as he tried to turn it into his own relations!

So he was making a shadowy political network within the govt!

Plus sharif hassan is with dj

In short, the political winds are against the pm these days than the president but he's trying to remove many ministers to get popularity and stop them dividing his bases.

What diplomatic deals did he secure when he was in Arabia,, if he plays the darood clan can he rally the entire the darood clan behind him self , and why hasnt he visited Puntland even though the sfg and puntland have bad relations now. Firstly it depands more on the politicals winds and its now against the pm

Secondly abdiwali was brought by dj and he will easily collapse if they abandon him!

The majority of the regions are againist him; PL and the mudug issue, baydhabo and the angery 6 camp, 3 camp is led by sharif hassan, hiiraan, central groups

Only biimaal and other dirs, fozia is rejoining dj against him

Without dj he can't continue but one thing may save him this time or give him more votes if he plays some political cards like removing dj ministers before the motion but if he was called from the parliament before he targets them he's in dangerous position.
