I noticed alot of Somalis dont really work out alot. They are either too fat, or skinny. I use to be really skinny, but then started hitting the gym regularly and got bulked up. Now i haven't been to the gym in like 7 months, so i got back to my skinny form again.

It is because of the Somali diet and inactivity. Somalis are obsessed with kicking back.

The Somali diet is low in protein and high in carbs. A high carb diet raises blood sugar level for a long period of time thus insulin is continually released whilst testosterone production and utilized is oppressed. Somalis need a high fat low carb diet. You can only get away bulking with carb when you are stick skinny and start lifting heavy.

All this occur especially in puberty; the most period phase in life. Banana and Rice isn’t enough
