Jigjiga curfew after Liyu police violence
A group of Liyu police soldiers pepper sprayed a few houses belonging to Cabdullaahi itoobiya's relatives with machine-gun fire, federal troops arrive and impose a curfew across the city. No one's allowed to leave their house. It seems as if this beef between Ina Iley and Cabdullahi itoobiya is more serious than I thought.

It's more political in nature, I don't think its clan related but I might be wrong.
