An Aussie man was visiting the UK with his son. His son lost his smart phone. A somali thief who found that cellphone made calls to Somalia and within 24hours the bill was US $500,000. Read entire story here:

but seems too darn expensive to make calls to Somalia. i will call my cellphone provider and ask them to disable calls to Somalia and put a limit of $400 on my usage
