Kim Jong un lost all his ability to walk plus a disease like Ronald Reagan. After a test revealed his mental ilness after over dose of high medication. Now he is in socialist care. It is tough to inform the world his condition. We know he is no longer able to stand as leader. He was young and drug abuser. He is a friend of former NBA basketball player Rodman.
