Usually it's arab women that dress that way. I am not quite sure what is the point of covering the hair whilst wearing tight jeans and t-shirt :? .

Tight clothes+hijab doesn't go together. From what I've noticed most hijabis don't dress like that.

Somali girls don't do that, it is usually the Arabs who wear tight clothing and tons of make up
