I was at first thinking buying some farmland in Jilib/Jamaame or anywhere in that vicnity, but I know that the South is volatile and situations can change in one night so don't want to risk it.

So are there any viable ventures that I can pursue in PL that could help the locals and the economy while also helping me. So no hotels, restaurants, malls, or import shit.

Ideas cost money..............can sell you can idea for $1500 when your ready.

As businessman in America that made it. My suggestion is to start something here, because back home is just too risky.
