my mum being an example.....we often get mistaken as sisters.....it annoys me a lot lol..

If you balance the scales. A Somali woman would age better in the face compared to others, but if you improve her diet and introduce physical activity over the lifecourse she will age better biologically too, a knockout for years to come. Question is how many ladies are willing to put in the work. Similarly, how many Somali men are willing to put in the bloody work to look fit. My thoughts exactly.... a handful. majority 40 year old cadaan women who are fit are surprisingly attractive. they reach milf status and it is one of their most appealing phases through out their life. They start forming wrinkles and showing age in their mid to late 50s.

majority 40 year old Somali women are exhausted from giving birth to 20 children, grossly fat and their skins begin to sag heavily. they are probably lucky if they make it past 55 because of how low the life expectancy of somali women is.

This is what lack of exercise and proper diet causes.

If these women were not knocked up every year to ensure their bodies have a rest and they had a helping hand from their partners we will definitely see better outcome for these women. Blame the Somali culture.

I think some of the reasons for the premature aging of some Somali women in the West include:

• Diet
  Lack of exercise
  Illness brought on by lack of sunshine on body
  Bearing many children close in years and the subsequent stress
  Worrying about relatives back home

I think some Somali women in the Diaspora age faster than those in Dhulkii Hooyo. I think some of the reasons for this include:


Diet
Lack of exercise
Lack of sunshine on body which leads to vitamin D deficiency
Worrying about relatives in Africa
Bearing too many children close in age
The resulting stress
