Plastic surgery is a 21st century paraphernalia. So, yeah, u can go and have your botox or nose job. Just don't cut off your pen.is-- that would be gross, and can be found forbidden in many clauses in Quran.

If a woman gave birth to big baby, then mostly her vageigei got loose. So in this case it would make sense for her to have plastic surgery to make it tight so I as her hubby can enjoy.

No boob jobs, cuz I don't want my children to be poisoned while breast feeding.
