Puntland only invited to London Africa Investment Conference

Puntland was chosen to represent all of Somalia at the London Africa Investment Conference.
The other administrations (excluding Jubaland) were seen as not being focused on economic development and as too corrupt.

Puntland is confused somehow they want to stay as federal state of somalia at the other hand they are more attracted to somaliland's de facto style. I think puntland people needs referendum to decide their future destiny.

This conference is organized by the AU and the UN, ethiopia only hosts

Its not possible for the AU and the UN to invite a regional president in case you think ethiopia can act undiplomatically
