The Saacid gov changed the %s that Dawlada Hoose 16%, Bankiga Dhexe 2%, Rugta Ganacsiga 1%, and Bankiga Horumarinta 1% used to receive from the port revenue.
Now, Benaadir gets from the port 15%, Central Bank 1.5%, Rugta Ganacsiga iyo Bankiga Horumarinta .5% (both)

All the port's revenue except for the Banks is directly deposited in to the Finance Ministry's account.

Knet, who built the port of Bosaso? The funding was secured for a port to be built at Hobyo to provide access for livestock export from Go bola ha dhexe: Hiiraan, Mudug, Galgaduud and Somali Galbeed. Abdullahi Adow was instrumental in securing the financing from donors but MSB ordered it to built in Bosaaso after the Mjs surrendered and quit the SSDF.

So back to the question, is Pl part of Somalia and the government or not? If it refuses to contribute to the funds to the central government, then it should not have any representation

AbdiWahab, stop trying to change the story line, we are not talking about MSB days, nor asking for a cut from Somali Built infrastructure in our capital city Mogadishu, such as the Port & Airport. What the infrastructure of Mogadishu produces should not be shared or used outside Mogadishu. Lakiin Funds "Aid" that are received on the name of Somalia and for Somalis oo dhan should be shared nationwide.
