He actually does not need them, the somali security do everything and the amison contribute nothing to the safety of the city. Mogadishu is more or less safer then many parts of somalia.

You can't exactly compare unisom Ugandan, Burundi, Sierra Leone troops with kenyan troops. Kenya has a large somali population in the north, need I mention the foreign secretary & head of parliament in Kenya are Somali Kenyan.
