James, I heard no one in your city has winter tires and there is chaos in the city whenever you get 2 cm of snow. Schools are closed and employers tell their workers not to come in. So we cannot take comments like that from a Vancouverite seriously. What you said was an exaggeration.

Well maybe 2 inches is an exaggeration, but I have seen the whole city shut down over a 30cm snowfall twice in the last 10 years. It's pathetic haha.

Vancouverites are not used to snow, they don't have winter tires and the city only has two snow plows.

Edmontonians know true winter
