why the hamaha shiidalka revenues and dakada berbera revenues goes directly to madaxtooyda instead the finance ministry?...and why did mohamed xaashi resign?...is this guy mohamed xaashi a whistle blower or an imposter..!!??

he was sacked ( i think), he is honest guy, anti corruption, that day i became suspicious that the government was upto no good regarding corruption (it used to accuse udub of the same thing)

that issue is being repeated from the opposition parties more often ,so i want to know is this is true or what?

so what if the money goes to the presidential office directly..!!...arent there records..!!....besides whats the real reason the revenues wont go to the finance ministry.
