What are the differences between Somalis and Somalilanders?
The differences I've noticed is that Somalilanders (isaaqs) tend to be lighter skinned and shorter, they are liberal, while the Somalis (Darood, Hawiye and Rahanweyne) tend to be very religious, Somalilanders are more reserved/quiet and business savy, Somalis don't like outsiders, while Somalilanders don't mind foreign outsiders,

The only noticeable difference is, they reside in the same country.

Well you're one of the rare light skin Daroods sweetie...because most darood girls I know are dark skinned or brown skinned and super tall. Somalilanders don't look like Somalis...KnowThySelf23 wrote:im a light skin darod atheist......you fail on so many levels. their all somali, so they all look the same.KhadraHawa wrote:The differences I've noticed is that Somalilanders (isaaqs) tend to be lighter skinned and shorter, they are liberal, while the Somalis (Darood, Hawiye and Rahanweyne) tend to be very religious, Somalilanders are more reserved/quiet and business savy, Somalis don't like outsiders, while Somalilanders don't mind foreign outsiders,

did you really delude yourself into thinking your a different race? your somali regardless of what part u reside in and u all look the same. the only difference is your overly inflated ego.KhadraHawa wrote:Well you're one of the rare light skin Daroods sweetie...because most darood girls I know are dark skinned or brown skinned and super tall.
