So a young somali cat opened a shisha cafe here in town. He has partnered with another homeboy to open it. The place is very comfortable. The days you're off you can just watch any NBA game and can burn your tongue with Somali tea with ginger, you don't have to necessarily smoke.

Long story short, the young cat was conversing with us when he opened up to us that he is irritated by how Somali people got a big mouth. He wen on to say that he was trying to hide this business adventure from his family who would be deathly against a son of theirs owning a Shisha spot. He informed us that this place hasn't been open more than a month that his family was informed. How did it happen? He said that a girl came in and said "hey I know your sister, so you own this place " and he said that few minutes after she left he got an earful From his sister threatening to inform waalidka or else.

Now he feels like he will be cursed by his family although the business is lucrative bc the place is filled up everyday and they charge people tremendous amount of money. A cup of shax is $3...a regular shisha is $13...I mean the kid was naive to think he would evade his family got long , specially in a Somali town ..he got caught in 3 weeks

If a shisha cafe is a bad place what was the cunt doing there in the first place then? And why is a grown ass man worried about whether his family would approve of his business or not? How is shisha cafe worse than Khat & cigarette business (the latter being sold in almost all Somali shops, back home and overseas)?

The kid is young tho, 22 years of age but he has money thanks to the job he holds, he is a financial analyst for Morgan Stanley ..he is using this money he won from his stocks
