Was commanded by IGAD that's why...but r acting in the AU name and r controlled by ethiopian and uganda

Amisom has a UN security mandate, therefore no one can replace them before their mandate comes to end or getes replaced by a UN mission for example, in this case both turkey and egypt can be part of it

Egypt is in south sudan under the UN mission

This mission was going to replace amisom but the decided first to use the blacks as foot soldiers and clean al shabaab from the land

Then as a security keeping mission may...but now they started concentrating on SNA so that scenario may not happen

That all depends on Somalis, but that proposal will be put on the table...sharif sakiin is working on the Ethiopians to come to kismayo and replace the sierra Leone forces, but Egypt is in talks with somalia for many reasons. ..and one of them is replacing amisom. ..it is in their interest ( obvious reasons ) and ours to train the SNA in somali soil....

30 million somalis will use cheap electricity directly from the nile river if we somalis back ethiopia, what are we getting if Egypt wins to stop that project ? Nothing.
