As someone who has insights into this kind of issue, I find it had to swallow the figures (.i.e. a gross salary of 180 000 for a reg nurse excluding overtimes and social security benefits. But, who am I to disagree? I don't reside in Fairfax county.
BTW, the 100 000 - 150 000 in the ad is potential salary (including overtime etc).
