I know many Somalis from the gulf mainly The Emirates who came the West just to get the citizenship and went back to their businesses

^ Exactly. That's the point a lot of people are missing here. You can live & work in most of those African & Middle eastern countries but still your stay there is very precarious & live in constant worry.
