These guys are politicians. Every subsequent press conference held merely amounts to classical stalling rhetoric. Reps from both sides are friends (some age old), some are even business associates. The SFG wants to use Awdal State, Maakhir and Khaatumo against Somaliland.
They are already funding Ina Khaliif Galaydh and they have an agreement between themselves.
