SM came with Sheikh Madar. And were the majority for a while, but then the HY and HJ came. Now its just a Isaaq city, everyone is there. All with their parts.

Not true. SM are only found in certain xafaads. It is rare to find them in Ahmed Dhagax, New Hargeisa or Calamaadaha district.
Were's HY are the opposite you will find them in New Hargeisa, Calaamadaha, Maxamed Mooge and other xafaads as well, they

how on earth can you compile a fake list of Ex-hargeisa mayors & you did not once include the best mayor of hargeisa EVER, the most legendary hargeisa mayor BILE RAFLE the Ogaden mayor from the 1970 ilaa 1980s. this the guy who demolish entire houses built on roads in xaafada jameecada the guy who made a CITY PLAN for hargeisa, the guy who paved out xaafada Jigjigga yar, the guy who made 'beerta dhalxiiska' in xaafada new hargeisa, with roses, roman statues, before it got turned into a cematery.
