Yes we are. Somalida along with the rest of the Afro-Asiatic speaking Africans in the Horn are mixed. Our african ancestors mixed with a race of Eurasians that came to North Africa over 10,000 years ago. All the recent DNA testing confirms this. Somalis along with Oromo come out as approximately 60% African/40% Eurasian when automsomal testing is done. While Habeshta are a little bit more mixed at 50/50.

If you go back long enough we are all related as human beings. Whoever those people were they were something different just as every modern ethnicity used to be something different. But Somalis are not mixed, we came from somewhere yes and that somewhere was a melting pot, just like every other group of people. But I repeat Somalis are not Mixed. If you use that argument then every ethnicity in the world is "mixed".
