This is my little dig info about Germanywings. The employee feedback survey is showing that

1. less communication

The guy thought he will get into high level area of work, instead he find out that he is driving a regular truck.

This parent company of Germanywings is Lufthansa. Employee feedback survey is so poor... That the board decides to do some changes.

This company has focused on saving litres of gas instead of incouraging and making happy about their employee.

As I said earlier, the pilot was very very angry about the condition he is in. Oh yes...

I just come back from the city.. Let's investigate more...

My source is I was reading lufthansa 2014 employee participation. It says the area needed to be improve is comunication, attachment and so on.

Another area of concern in my boring time is why the guy feels that the Plane is more important than him. He decides to destroy it.

Why?

There is an opinion. There is a restrict gas saving on that plane. The plane would have travel much quicker time than they anticipated.
I believe the plane always late as far as the hours he logged. The pilot and the speed of the plane that was directed him to cruise all the time may be part of provocation. What hypothesis you guys have?

Wow! Another shocking progress from Afisoone non-fiction investigation. I undestand why he killed himself now..

The guy had 630 hours of logged for almost 2years of employment. That means 26 days of work. I rather take welfare than spend all those years of training for 26days of work. That is bullshit.....

Now I change my mind on that persecuted pilot....
