Believe me, I have worked with both blacks and whites, and both can be racist just as much as the other one.

You are dealing with people and human beings, and anyone can be predisposed to racism tendencies.

Have you heard of white privilege? Racism can be individual, institutional and systematic. Black people can internalize racism, but they can not be racist. It is impossible for a group of people who were oppressed by white people to be just as racist as white people.
