This isn't just about cleaning toilets, it's about the condescending attitude that some(many?) Somalis have towards manual labor.

A construction worker who makes six figures(and there are plenty who do)............ is a xamaali to them.

Must be a canuk/euro thing.The Somali's I worked with in Ak cleaning/gutting/decapitating salmon heads etc (you know really gruel manual stuff) didn't seem to have much of an issue.

If you dont have a specific skillset you'd be a fool to turn down such an offer.

i knew a guy who had lot of money here in South Africa. He had 3 shops each shop was selling +/- $2000 a day. The guy did not have any skills or qualification beside making money .

He sold all his businesses and went to UK, i heard the only job he could find was xamali or cleaning toilets.
