In the UK people can get free cars, as long as you know someone who is disabled. And I don't mean any cars, I mean brand new cars from the show room. And they are good makes such as Mercedes, BMW, Audi, VW...etc. but I think reer America are just jealous.

That's to assist disabled people, how does that mean you get a free car?

Most people get it under someone disabled they know, but they keep the car a drive it themselves, while their mums use that freedom pass.
