i only share my news with friends and those who interest in this not with every body so respect our space pls

a lot of us care about the middle east bc it has deep connections with the politics of our region

the future of somalia is the middle east not africa

politics r like the legal cases, if one case was accepted in some where it will be followed in the other places

why the us is hasitating towards syria? its bc of al nusra being part of the gulf-turkey backed opposition

the west is not supporting us too for fear of their interests, therefore we have to waite

doesnt turkey operate in somslia? wasnt saudi against this months ago and now r cooperating with turkey against shia

is not the somali govt part of this new coalition? the same saudis who were against her?

yaa sheikh, you will never understand syria without known its past bc the syria of today was made by hafiz al asad so its totally a different nation

firstly syria is like egypt to some point where a regionalism-not tribalism-plays big role in the society and in the politics

aleppo-idlib-hama are like the alexandria of egypt, anti-nasserism/revolution/nationalization because the big families aka al bashawat-in egypt-, aghawat-syria- hail from this region

before al asad, the women who hail from aleppo were carrying the title khanum its like hanum in alexandria a turkish-mongolian title....

so the muslim brotherhood of syria hail from this region, from homs up to aleppo wich use to be one region back in the 20s under the french mandate

the syl of syria is called the national bloc hails from aleppo and was allied with ikhwan

el hanawi family, from eleppo, they ruled too-that pro-asad singer is one of them, the reason she supports him is bc she was associting herself with the alawite alites to the point she was in love with hafiz but he never married her-

shishekli was from aleppo but he had kurdish-turkish origin

so after the french arrived syria, they divided it into 5 autonomous states one of them was lebanon

naturally, the christians and alawites have raised their heads for the first time claiming to be non muslims

it was not allowed yet to reach the power under the french mandate but they have been given a regional autonomy and worked in the army and the police as officers, the thing that is behind of the alawites reaching the power through the army in 1966

so my friend the west is protecting them now and refuses to attack the the coastal area to pave the way for an alawite autonomous state

the alawites and lebanese were pro-french and wanted to form one country away from syria

alawite state has seceded when the syrian state(trusteeship) was formed refusing any unity so they stayed under the french rule directly and the dakhiliya was only consesting aleppo and damascus until the independence in mid-40s


liwa iskandaron and the beautiful mediterranean city of antakia was mainly an alawite and christian population before joining turkey

the reason is since it had borders with turkey it was under aleppo so they voted for turkey just to avoid aleppo!
